Plans & Transactions

A request or application does not automatically mean that the transaction has been approved or confirmed. The applicable service terms and confirmation provided by WeeStore will govern an approved transaction.

Payments & Repayment

Where a WeeStore service requires payment or repayment, you agree to make the required payments according to the schedule and terms applicable to that service.

You should review the amount, due dates, applicable charges and other transaction details before confirming a service. Where a transaction is arranged through an employer, merchant, payment provider or other partner, additional operational terms may apply.

Where a Customer fails, refuses, or neglects to settle any repayment obligation due for a particular month, WeeStore reserves the right to suspend or withhold the provision of food or related benefits scheduled for the subsequent month until all outstanding amounts are fully settled. WeeStore further reserves the right, where the Customer remains in default or fails to make the required repayment within the applicable period, to terminate the food provision agreement with immediate effect or in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Any suspension or termination arising from non-payment shall not extinguish or otherwise affect the Customer’s liability for any outstanding amounts owed to WeeStore.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use WeeStore lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the platform to:

• provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• interfere with the security, operation or availability of the platform;
• use another person's identity or account without authorisation; or
• use WeeStore services for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activities.

Third-Party Services

WeeStore may work with merchants, payment providers, employers, technology providers and other third parties to deliver or support services.

Termination or suspension does not remove obligations that arose before the account or service was suspended or terminated.
